I think it's OK especially if it's something that bothers you strongly, but I also don't think it's necessary. I'm a believer in letting the past go.

@Labella1 Yes, Yes I think that is completely fine. One can always ask for forgiveness at all times, has nothing to do with the situation you are in :)
