Gaslighting
My ex has been accusing me on facebook and to everyone that we knew together of gaslighting and when I looked that up it is 100 percent the opposite of they way things were and I have no way of defending myself. So many people now think that I was some sort of a monster and a abuser that it is making feel like I am a peice of shit. And I really am not..I was the only one that worked and I also was a dad to her little boy because he has never had a dad. And now everything is so messed up that I am not sure what to do....HELP!!!
@Sgawngrafe25 I would say don't retaliate on social media, it won't help. You could ask her to join you for counseling, not to get back together but rather to help unpack the issues that led to this, and ultimately both become better people for understanding the other side.
