Heart Break

I met this guy through a mutual friend in Sept 2019, but we started talking in Dec 2020. We would always chat and spend long hours on call. We had a lot to share and talk about, it was a very romantic relationship. I was six months out of job, so he was helping me get one. We planned on spending valentine together since we stay in different cities. I visited him and we spent 5days together always together, but then we couldn't enjoy sex cause he has premature ejaculation, it never bothered me coz I felt there would be a solution to it. When I got back home I noticed we weren't close like we used to be, things weren't flowing, he stopped taking my calls and the next thing he told me was " I'm sorry dear, I'm not the man you think I am, you deserve way better me". I got confused when I tried to find out why, he said he just lost interest in the relationship. Please what do you think might have caused this? And what should I do next cause I still love him?
