Heartbroken
I’ve been dating this great guy since April this year. Unfortunately, this year hasn’t been so great for me, I’ve suffered a major family crisis and he was there all along, he helped me get through it. During this period, I was emotionally unstable, and I withdrew from everyone including my friends. He was the only one I could confide it and talk to and he always tried to make me feel better. Recently, I noticed he started withdrawing from me. The attention he gave me reduced, I was the only one trying to call and keep the communication going then, at a point, he stopped picking my calls, hardly replied my texts. I’ve told him severally that we need to talk about the relationship and the direction it’s going, but every time I bring it up, he ignores. I’m tired, frustrated and really heartbroken. I’ve cried so much, my eyes are now puffy. I don’t know how to handle this
Hi there,
Am sorry for what you have been going through. It sounds hard.
I totally get why you must've withdrawn yourself from everything. It's not easy to pay attention to everything all at once sometimes.
I don't know why your partner is doing all this. I suggest you take some time for yourself. Don't talk to anyone for a while. Clear your head a bit. Some silence will give you the strength to deal with the situation in an efficient way. And then once you can think clearly, talk to your Partner.
You're brave and you got this.
Everything is gonna be okay :)
Lots of love.
I wish I had them app 15 hours ago because I'm going through the same thing. I had this vest friend. We did everything together, we were inseparable. One day she told me she liked me and things took off gloriously. We feel inlove. One day, after valentines day she texts me she loves me, says goodnight. Then ghosted me. I didn't hear from her for months. She came it and things we were great. She used me for sex and my money then ghosted me again. Found out it was for another person. I don't even care about dating her, I just want to be her friend again. But she won't let me in her life because she's talking to someone else and it wouldn't be appropriate. I'm heartbroken from it. It sucks because we list apart of ourselves after all that time. It's like being addicted to a drug and cut off completely.
