How can you move on quickly?

My girlfriend broke up with me just five days ago and damn, it was painful and still is. I know it would sound gay and maybe for some, it would sound silly that I cry almost every time because of the pain she left me but yes, I do. She was the one I truly love all these years and she broke up with me saying loving me is not worth it. Am I really not that worthy of love? I begged for her to come back but she does not want to. Right now, I just want to get rid of this pain and move on.

Sometimes I move on quickly to distract myself from the pain. I just need to be aware of what I'm doing and why so that I don't go out and intentionally hurt someone new trying to get back at the previous person.

Hey mate. Very sorry to hear about what has happened, I couldn't imagine how you are feeling. Just remember that crying is not a weakness nor is it "gay" to cry. In my eyes, crying is a strength and shows real emotion and pain. If you need to cry, cry. Don't feel guilty for doing so.

There is no fast way to move on, but time will heal you. Keeping yourself occupied and hanging around friends and family will definitely help you a lot and keep you distracted. Use this time to create new goals and find yourself. Keep a positive mindset, you will become a better person from this I promise you. Best of luck 💞
