How to survive a breakup

My ex broke up with me 3 months ago but along those time we kept our communication and decided to be friends. I thought it’s possible but I always knew it’s not as long as I have deeper feelings for her. Those 3 months was a torture for me, she is slowly fading away until it feels like I’m talking to a stranger. Yesterday, I confronted her for the last time. She always said she needs her space and want to give all of her energy for herself. I asked her if she still love me, and she said she doesn’t love me anymore and she let go of me so I should let go of her too. It’s hard but it’s a closure. Now, i’m just finding it hard to move on. Everything seems to be bland and I feel like I don’t want to do anything and just be nothing. I can’t function well, I can’t even do work or anything. I get panic attacks, there’s this pain in my chest, everyday is hell. Idk what to do. I know this is just a very difficult phase but I don’t know if I can survive this phase.

@Ladycurls
We live on a planet with billions of people. It can feel like that person was the only one for you but we all know that isn’t the case. You probably believe that no one else will make you laugh like that again, or have so much in common with you and yes, that may be true. But everyone is unique in their own way and there will be someone (or many more people) who will connect and bond with you in so many awesome ways. There was a reason that the relationship didn’t work out and it’s simply because you weren’t meant to be together but that doesn’t have to be a sad thought. You grew as a person and that will only serve you well for the next amazing person to enter your life. It might not be soon but it will happen – just have faith it will all work out. Much much love and hugs your way 🤗🌺

I’m about to confront my bf that we can’t be together, after 4 years of love.

it breaks my heart and I promise you i feel the same

empty, sad, broken

i feel like I’m not ready for such feelings.

i cry every time i think of him.

I wished from the bottom of my heart that we can be right for each other, but we are just not

I feel your pain even tho I'm the one breaking up but I have to because we have no chance to be together and I want him to have the love that I can't give, it's LDR

I wish I could be with someone to share this feeling and talk about it, please if you read this I want you to know that anything you say would help.
