My girlfriend and I are two years strong, we have had a ton of issues, especially as of late. She goes to college 2 hours away from me, money is tight, and I have had a history of cheating and mental abuse (things I am not proud of and am working hard every day to grow from them).

Recently I met a girl, lets call her A. A works with me AND goes to school with me, and we hit it off right away. Weve known each other for a few weeks now, and have hung out a few times. Most recently we confessed our feelings for each other, and decided that now is not the best time to discuss a relationship considering I am currently in one that is declining fast.

She has been on my mind ever since that day (now two days ago) and I am visiting my girlfriend for the weekend. I have told her that her and I will need to play this by ear since we technically arent together right now because she knows about my feelings for A, but nonetheless are trying to work things out. A coworker of mine suggested that I focus on taking care of myself, and choose whats going to make me happy, and stay strong with it.

Here is the issue, although my relationship is in a very bad spot, I still care about her and I know that I currently am all she has, as she has had a very hard time making friends, and is very depressed. At the same time, I know I feel a connection with this new girl that I really want to pursue, and Im having a hard time making a decision.
