I hate when my brain randomly remembers of my ex... even if I broke up with her like 3 or 4 years ago 😥

specially when I'm trying to sleep...

@Cantsleep93 I'm sorry, I know remembering things you might not really want to remember can be tough, maybe try distracting yourself with music when you're trying to fall asleep? That might help

@Nightpool2 I don't think so, music always have an energizing effect on me...

But thank you for replying!

With the time I forgot how to vent....

@Cantsleep93 Have you tried like music by FINNEAS or maybe Coldplay's older songs? They make me calmer. Oh, and a song called Weightless by Marconi Union too. Thought I'd mention it in case :)

@HeyItsNancy thank you for the suggestions, unfortunately not quite my genre

I'm more into electronic music... lyrics don't have meaning to me... idk sometimes I think I feel music in a different way than majority

@Cantsleep93

what about softer music, like "she" by dodie or "concrete wall" (I forgot the name of the artist for that one) or "this is home" by cave town, those songs I've always found to have a more calming effect than others
