Is he committed?

My bf and I have been dating for over a year. Im in my 30s, and hes in his 40s. He has met most of my friends and they get along fine. I have also hinted that maybe when the time is right, I will introduce him to my family. However the enthusiasm is not the same on his side. He has not introduced me to any of his friends. They dont even know hes dating. And he when asked, he seems like he has no intention to intro my to his family. We work a lot, so we only meet on weekends. Im starting to feel that he isnt taking this relationship seriously as much as I do. What should I do
