Is he keeping me a secret?

Hello everyone. I've been dating this guy for 2 and a half years now but there are still so many things making me stressed. He says he loves me, but he's never introduced me to any of his friends or relatives-Many of them are women and he texts them everyday, but I barely know their names. When he goes out with them he posts all sorts of funny pics on his social media, but there's no evidence of me anywhere on line (photos or even mentioning I exist). I have caught him lying about what he was doing sometimes. On a couple of occasions (namely when I was angry with him) he mentioned we'd move in together and he even asked me to marry him, but never followed through. When I try to discuss these things with him, he becomes defensive and says I don't see everything he does for me... I don't want to focus on negative things, but on the other hand, I feel I can't trust him 100%. Am I being paranoid?
