Lack of communication

Hi guys. I met a guy that i like we kinda dating, we met once and then because of circumstances we couldnt meet in few months. Now also we live apart, what bothers me that he doesnt text ir call much even phone is our only communication now. I really feel and he told that he likes me and we talk about serious topics too for the future but he can go without talking few days, its weird and confusing to me..I dont want to bring that topic again and asked him as I complained couple of times already
