Multiple breakups

Hey, my boyfriend and I have been together since 2019 and everything seemed like it was going great besides a few fights here and there. We live 3 hours away from each other so we only see each other once a month but the online thing has been working out up until last month. He's usually on antidepressants but right now his dosage needs to be upped and his feelings about me are constantly changing. Last month he started getting mad at me for the smallest things and then one day he broke up with me, he came back the next day and apologized and asked for a small break that would last a week. 3 days into the break he told me the relationship needed to die and all his feelings for me were fake but since he's my first boyfriend I was having lots of trouble letting him go. He came back a few hours later and told me if I change myself things could work and I was desperate so I took the chance. He refused to talk to me for the next 2 days and then came back telling me he gave up on the relationship because he didn't trust I would change for him. I begged him to just give me the chance so he came back and told me he was sorry for being unfair and that he would give me a real chance. The next few weeks we had fun talking to each other again and I thought everything was back to normal so I planned a trip for us to see each other. It was like we fell in love all over again. We were so happy together, I could feel it. 2 days after that he told me that he wanted to be alone so it's been 4 days of us not talking and just today when I said hi he told me that the relationship was dead and he was leaving because of my family and because he doesn't feel anything for me. Sorry if this was long, I'm new to all of this. Does anyone have any advice?

@Amaya506,

I feel you. Either he is not really interested, not balanced, or he is just playing you. My advice in this case? Stand up for your self, start loving your self more, drop him, you deserve better then being put on an emotional roller coaster at will.

Take care!

Thank you for answering, I hope you're well. He just keeps flipping his emotions every week. Just last Saturday he was hugging me and telling me he wanted to be with me forever. Giving up has been hard for me but I finally asked myself why I should sit there in pain while he does whatever he wants without a care in the world. He's got a problem with his antidepressants and I just don't feel like suffering for his problems anymore. Goodbye and thank you again for answering
