Need help with boyfriend situation
Hello I need help I went on my boyfriend's Instagram on his phone and on the recent searches it showed that he searched for his ex, but only once, and it wasn't her page it was a random page but I got very sad about this and I don't know what to do and I told him it upset me and he said it doesn't mean anything and he doesn't miss her and he was just interested for a second.What do I do?
@annamaria24 Relationships require trust and respecting each other's privacy. I know that's hard for many of us with anxiety, etc. but I think you should trust him and respect his privacy. I think many people may look at an old friend on social media, like personally I sometimes look at old school friends I don't talk to much out of curiousity, but it doesn't mean anything. Maybe you should work on some positive self-talk and self-esteem so that you are less worried about him. Everyone has exes, but he is spending time with you and connecting with you now, so just live in the moment and enjoy time with him. :)
