My boyfriend of 4 years broke up with me I'm not sure he broke up because he wasn't clear and now he's been ghosting me for days idk what to do it physically hurts to breathe. I can't even eat or do anything without thinking about him.

dear friend, I am so sorry to hear about your struggles. I know what you are going through, I went through exactly the same thing, separation after 13 years, I didn't eat and I self sabotaged but it does not make it any better. It only leaves you with less energy to face another day. Regardless of the reasons for break up, you need time to grieve and accept that it hurts. Especially if this person was a very constant presence in your life , it might feel like things all lost meaning but that is because right now you have somewhat of a tunnel vision. Your brain is processing and your heart is grieving. Give it time. Don't be hard on yourself, just set small goals like "brush my teeth", "eat breakfast". You are doing the best you can right now and you need to help yourself. I send you hugs and hope and resilience. 🙏💚💚

Soo sorry to hear about your breakup. The end of a relationship is always hard even in the best of breakups. Take care of yourself, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month.

Find one small thing that you love or a new goal that makes you feel good and do it, then something else, create a new happier you!

Best wishes to you! Stay strong!

I'm sorry you feel this pain. I've felt heartbreak and wish it on no one. Start by taking care of you. A little selfishness is good medicine. After that, find your reason to get up in the morning. Sometimes it's our pets, our family, some cause we live for, an answer we're seeking, or just spite, but something drives us. Focus on that for a while and give yourself lots of me time to figure out where you want to go from here.

And we're always here to talk.

Best wishes,
