New relationship anxiety
So I recently got into my first romantic relationship with this girl who I’ve liked for a while. I’ve always had a fair amount of anxiety but this new situation has really exacerbated my anxiety levels. I often find myself overthinking so many things. How long it takes for responses, over analyzing body language, replaying scenarios in my head. The anxious thoughts have really been bombarding my everyday thoughts. While I’m at work and doing things it’s easier for me to take a breather and work past it but when I’m at home I really struggle to feel good. The anxious thoughts push out lots of t
other feelings I have and it makes me feel lonely.
I know I want to talk to her about how I’ve been feeling. I love our relationship and I know that my anxious thoughts aren’t really grounded in reality but I still can’t get them out of my head. I know she’ll listen to me and will probably understand me and make me feel better. However, she’s been really busy and I won’t get to talk to her for a bit and I just worry abt the in between time.
I’ve been planning things with other friends to hopefully fill my time but I’m still worried that I’m the quiet times I’ll start over thinking again.

Anxiety is such a difficult thing to control. Breathe. Believe. Of everything you shared, here's the most important thing, from my perspective:
I know she’ll listen to me and will probably understand me and make me feel better.
That's saying a lot. I hope you're able to find calm and comfort as the relationship progresses.
