Relationship Anxiety
How are you managing your relationship anxiety?
Sometimes I feel like I am better off single than in a relationship because my anxiety always tends to get in the way. I overthink, overanalyze, I'm too clingy, I need reassurance, etc..
But I have no real past experience that would cause me to be this way. I'm not really sure what my fear is that causes so much anxiety.

A lot of it is solved through communication. If your partner is sending texts instead of calling, and you want them to call more often, then ask (nicely) for them to do that. If you made plans to meet up and they don't follow through, say that you felt hurt without an accusation but instead to understand why. If the person is truly right for you, they will want you to feel reassured and will try to meet your needs when asked this way. If they don't...they aren't the right person for you.
And yeah...I learned all this the hard way. :)
I'm having this same problem but my anxieties were realized this past weekend. My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and I could feel him pulling away. I checked his texts which I shouldn't have done and he was texting with another girl inappropriately and talking about meeting up. We fought the whole weekend. We decided to move past it, but I'm having a hard time doing that and I haven't heard from him tonight and it's causing me the worst anxiety. I don't know if I should just try to let it go or say something to him. Part of me feels if I say something I'm forcing something that's already falling apart. I'm so hurt but so scared to lose him.
I have this kind of anxiety and fear about getting hurt, as well. 😢 It
