Relationship Issues
I'm 26 and I'm battling mental breakdown from an old relationship from high school. The triggers of those breakdowns are not the relationship itself, but what happened years after the old relationship crumbled. It looks like even finding love after her is a serious problem and being single is also a big deal. I can't even be single in peace and I'm battling mental health issues from all of these. I wonder what I can do
Start by taking a deep breath and working on yourself. My therapist tells me all the time it time to worry about myself and not to worry about anyone else. For you to start understanding your mental health you have to start self care loving your self. Find out who you are! Write how you feel in a journal or on here just know your not alone!

That sounds like a tough situation to be in right now, I'm sorry you're going through this such stress.
I understand how discouraging it can be after a difficult past relationship. It's going to be difficult moving forward with all these past anchoring you in place.
You've given enough time and care for everyone else, perhaps it's time to do the same for yourself. Take time to be with yourself and understand your needs. This time, you are your priority and not anyone else.
Know that you are not alone in this tough times.
That's what I'm trying to do. I'm just trying to just care about me right now and keep my mind off the toxic aftereffects of my old relationship. I might find a new relationship one day, till then I have demons to take care of. Got to take care of myself a little bit. Thanks for your reassuring words.

Glad to hear that your taking care of yourself. Self-care is such great step to moving forward, so great work on doing just that! You got this my friend!
Wishing you all the best!
