Relationship affecting self-esteem

Hi. My ex boyfriend use to compare me to my cousin. Tell me she's beautiful and I need to be more like her.

Now I'm married to someone else but my husband did a similar thing when he was my boyfriend. He would share pictures with me telling me his ex girlfriend and his female co-worker is cute.

This made me feel he ( my husband) does not see me as pretty as the women mentioned. It's affected my self esteem and made me feel like I'm inferior when it comes to beauty.

My self esteem has been affected. I don't know how to overcome this. Help please.
