Still struggling
I posted my story awhile back. Short version, my wife asked for a seperation because she has developed a craving for attention/friendship. It's nothing sexual, she immediately blocks anybody who turns the conversation that way. She just likes to be told she's pretty, and likes going out meeting new people, mostly men, making new friends. Long story short, we were able to work out our differences and stay together. A couple days later, she came to the realization that these new friends aren't going to be there for her the way I am. She has decided to slow down meeting new people, which is great. I'm thrilled about that. But, she still has a soft spot for people with Harley's, we have a Harley and ride often, but she loves riding with new people. And there is one guy I have a big issue with that she doesn't seem to want to discuss a compromise with. I trust her totally and completely, but I am feeling uncomfortable with the terms we agreed to. I truly want her to have her freedom and friendships, but I'm also selfish and want to come first. I work out of town a lot, and I sometimes feel I come second to her newfound friends. Even when I'm home. I had a breakdown this evening about it. I called her and wel talked. She assured me everything is great between us, but she was sort of blindsided with my concerns because she thought we had come to a fair compromise. I don't want to risk our marriage by telling her I don't like what is going on.
