So long story short, I'm in love with my best friend but she does not love me back. And whenever we hang out my feelings for her are rekindled, and i sometimes interpret things as romantic, then i have to remind myself she doesnt like me and that hurts alot.

I've tried so hard to move on, I even tried talking to this new girl, and shes awesome, but im not sure if she even likes me so if not that's two rejections in a row and I can't handle that.

That sounds very similar to what I had recently gone through. I went and got feelings for this guy in one of my classes. When I confessed to him several months later he ended up not feeling the same and it was so crushing. :( Whenever I see him, or let my mind wander too much, I end up thinkingabout what happened and get really sad.

I would say that if you were rejected once it would be better to not try to jump in and try for another relationship. There have been some good things that I have realized when I got rejected, such a learning that perhaps being by myself and concentrating on my goals and what I want to accomplish for a while, even though sometimes it really hurts, can make a bit of a difference. :)

I hoped that helped somewhat. Apologies if it did not. I'm not exactly the best at offering advice, but I do try. ^^

It may be hard, but sometimes the best thing to do, to get over it and let yourself heal is distance. I understand that she's your best friend, but perhaps try seeing her less and less (or not at all for a few weeks if possible) until your feelings start to fade. Then gradually build up to seeing her more and more again, until you're sure it won't be painful for you to do so, and that all romantic feelings are gone.
