Why would you love anyone?
Seriously I mean it. I am a 27 year old female with good education, not bad personality and look. But I have never been in any long term relationship.
After several unpleasant experiences with my exes (thankfully not long, less than 6 months), being disrespected and ghosted, or hearing stories of girls being cheated... I feel really pessimistic about true love now.
I sincerely want to ask WHY would someone ever genuinely fall in love with another for a long term relationship? HOW could two people from different background build such a strong bound that gives them the courage to marriage and giving birth? Do you really like a man for who he is rather than the feeling of being in love? WHAT could make a man so special that you want to spend you entire life with you?
I can never survive the "calm down" period when his interest, passion, and attention are no longer as strong as before. Just can not stand that disappointment. I don't see me able to get past this and welcome some long time stable relationship. What's wrong with me😭

It sucks to hear that you have been through several relationships that didn't work. If it's any consolation, I've only had two: one in high school that destroyed my ego and good friendship, and a long marriage that is now on the rocks.
You've raised several interesting questions: Why have a relationship? Are "good" relationships real or fictitious? How do you survive past the "Honeymoon" phase? Is something wrong with you?
I cannot answer the first. Why do you seek relationships? Are you relying too much on someone else to make you happy? Is that fair? Or should you concentrate on making yourself happy?
I think good relationships exist, but I don't think they are as easy as we think they are. Like Instagram-reality, we don't often see the bumps and troubles that other people have so we compare our well-rounded reality to the one facet that other couples show us.
The Honeymoon phase is real. Chemicals wear off and natural mammalian behavior is to seek a new mate. We are just very complex apes. Does that mean you can't survive the Honeymoon phase? That depends on you. A lasting relationship needs to be built on more than just animal attraction and convenience: it needs human, higher-level thinking applied. Cooperation, creativity, integrity, devotion. If your connection with your SO is only so deep *pinches fingers* then that isn't much to bind you through the tough stuff.
Is there anything wrong with you? Heck no. Millions of years of evolution went into making the animal that is you.
Best of luck,
