from last lockdown i'm addicted to a bad sexual desire

I'm 30, me & my wife are in love for 8 yrs, we married 2 yrs ago, we are loving each other & all goes good no issues, we're a happy couple, no any other external issues also.

but 2 & ½ yrs ago i was in *** & addicted to a sexual desire cakled cuckhold, so i started to ask others to describe my wife or talk dirty about her, it went to certain limit & i started to share her pics & asked random *** people to talk dirty about her, then 1 yr ago i manage to control it, again after 1 yr, now i got the feel back & i'm addicted to it, i just want to come out of this, i can't live with this forever, i don't know to whom i can say this also, it makes me depressed
