Father Daughter Issues

Let me start by saying i have a present absent father, physically he is there but does little financially or emotionally. for the past 25years we've been living together ( mum, him and my guy siblings)

He actively made himself absent from all activities involving me but he'd put a lil more effort in regards to the boys. Fast forward to years later he never tried to form a bond with me, on one occasion my mum traveled for work and upon her return he told her to never leave me behind and that she should know what to do with me despite the fact that the boys had also been home leaving mum with the option of going for the trips with me.

He is a traditionalist who believes women should be seen not heard. Now comes my issue, from childhood he has criticized me continously despite being the one with good grades, non problematic at school or home but still nitpicks, you're a little too overweight ( 68kgs 5'5 height), id get A- and B+ but not as good as my guy cousins who got all A's

He's really religious so when you miss a sermon or two he'd tell you how evil spirits and devil dwell in you, how you are worthless, well you get it. Till now 25years plus he's never said a single positive thing to me, most days he assumes me, never a hug or any affection, closest we've come is a handshake.

Now when he's home he talks to my brothers and assumes me and this has only fueled my resentment, he's also abusive to mum and now i want to move out and cut him off for good, im i wrong?
