Struggles within my Anxiety

I've been told by school teachers that I have Anxiety. This has been hard on me and my family. I am in a family of six; my mum, three older brother and my twin sister. I am trans female to male and have a good support system for it, but when it comes to my anxiety the support stops.

At school it is the best, at home my mum doesn't really know what to do and we are short of money but she's helping in anyway she can, within friends it's completely ruined.

I have spoken to multiple friends, close and unknown, about how it effects me, one of my close ones saying that my being sad is completely out of character for me and I wouldn't be myelf if I was. This was around the same time I was having a depressive episode and so I took this to heart thinking I have to be happy more around my friends, as I wouldn't be myself if I wasn't which increased my anxiety. This friend knew I was depressed at the time and I believe he didn't really understand, but it still wounded me and so I have swore to not talk to him about such things again as it hurt. The other friend is my crush, it has been going on for around a month now and whenever people joke about us she strongly states she doesn't like me, wrecking my self esteem as I feel like I'm not good enough for her.

The reother friends are dicks the only good person in the group is my sister, but I don't know what to do. I have no other friends but they treat me terribly. What do I do? I can't be alone, it makes me feel worse. Plus I've got exams.
