Raw Text:

I don’t know who this is for, but a waiting season is never a wasted season. I don’t know what you’re waiting on, but rest assured God heard the cries of your heart. He is big enough to oversee the whole world, and loving enough to care about you. And I believe He would rather have you cry out to Him with your doubts than walk away from Him with your pain! Don’t let the devil use your pain to drive you away from God. Allow God to use your pain to draw you closer into a relationship with Him. We may enjoy God on the mountaintops, but we get to know him intimately in the valleys.

"Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then He is not omnipotent. Is He able, but not willing? Then He is malevolent. Is He both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is He neither able nor willing? Then why call Him God?"

- Lactanitus

(a more likely source than Epicurus, the most commonly named philosopher for this statement)
