You Get a Little More Braver Once You Brave the Wave- A Christian Perspective
It's not a massive step, but it's something to get started with. You haven't braved the biggest storm, you know there will be bigger ones in the future, but you braved a wave. And that's enough to remind you God's on your side.
I've never been one to put myself out there and be bold with my works. But recently, I posted the first Original called Surrender on one of my social media platforms. It felt like a wave to brave. But it wasn't one that I regretted, even though I thought I would.
Insecurity and fears have a way of holding us back from accomplishing what God calls us to do. But surrendering Surrender as a first step to stepping out in my faith has been a blessing in disguise.
Again, not my strength, only His. I Praise God for that :)
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Philippians 4:13
@DaisyDaph That’s beautiful, DaisyDaph. It really resonates—sometimes it's those small steps of obedience that build the courage for the bigger ones ahead. Sharing something personal like Surrender takes faith, and it’s amazing how God meets us right there. I’ve had moments like that too, where I thought I’d regret being vulnerable, but it turned out to be part of the growth.
Even when life gets overwhelming, remembering His strength carries us through. The same truth keeps me grounded, especially when dealing with life’s practical stuff like checking up on things through the SASSA Status Check. Keep stepping out, you’re not alone in it.
