Can't feel them...but as a hindu I've read a lot about it in our sacred texts. I still don't understand how people can have a 100% control over their chakras tbh

Agree I think those chakras are just abstract concepts
I don't think chakras are real I think they're just abstract concept

I can feel them just like I feel my physical limbs, But you are free to think whatever you want.
@Slayer22 Chakras are energy centers in our body, the can sometimes be felt if your body are fully alligned, but when you feel off center, it is the chakras that do not allign anymore, spiritual practice can allign them again.
