Lack of Conscience
I am trying to become a better Christian but I've come to realize I don't have much of a conscience. I don't recognize my sins and when I do I am not convicted about them. I really want to be better but I can't get myself to properly regret the things I do. I don't know how to get past this. I pray constantly but don't confess or repent in them. Any advice on how to be more open to the Holy Spirit and feel guilt over my spiritual flaws?

I would encourage confession and a strong spiritual confessor.
Because their direction, experience and wisdom would be invaluable.
And accountability and self awareness and reflection are key components in our faith 🩷🤗
