Creating a Positive Atmosphere on 7 Cups

7 Cups is a supportive site, which is meant to be an inviting, inclusive space for all. In order to maintain this type of a welcoming environment, I feel it is important for all listeners and guests/members to be respectful towards one another; essentially, to treat others "the way you would like to be treated." Insulting others, putting them down, etc., does not have any place on a supportive Web site. Saying negative comments to others, is contrary to what the site is all about.

Individuals are coming to the site in order to give and to receive support. As such, individuals should take responsibility for the way in which they treat other people, and be mindful to act in courteous, considerate ways. This will ensure creating a space that people will be able to give and to receive assistance in, that is beneficial to themselves, and to others.

Let's create a positive environment for everyone to be a part of, which is what the site was designed for.
