Its been while since I've been here, is the payment sytem gone?
its been a few months since I've listened( i was traveling), and now I see that i cannot locate my previous account, which had some negligible balance, so is the payment system gone for good?

When people come back after a break and can’t even tell where their balance went, it usually means the payment setup was never very transparent to begin with.
