Best ways to neutralize a bully without conflict?
I think we'd all get by better with less conflict. Do you guys/gals have any ideas for neutralizing a bully without fighting or arguing with them?
To get a parent or teacher, otherwise you haveto handle it yourself and talk to them. If you dont mine saying whats going on id like to give some advice.

I'm sorry that you're going through this hard time. I cannot give you direct advice because I don't know your exact situation, but I can give you this link

"The Most Beautiful Way To Stop A Bully I've Ever Seen"
Remember what people say or do to you doesn't define you as a person, it defines them. Don't let people mistreat you, because you deserve to be treated like royalty. Don't let anyone tell you, that you are anything less than perfect. Keep fighting, and stay strong.
I show them empathy/understanding but in a way that addresses the real problem instead of acting like I buy their excuses. Well mostly just addressing the elephant in the room-why they're really acting that way. I start w/ what they actually did & work my way to why they don't need to. Eg this girl ditched our work group to join another group & told me she had a serious illness as an excuse for not making our meetings. Guess that's not so uch bullying as offensive but same concept. I told her she didn't need to say that & it's ruining ppl for trusting ppl who are actually sick. I said there are a million other excuses she could use that don't hurt ppl or make a group look bad & that if she or anyone she knew got sick she'd want ppl to believe them. She got mad & said never to talk to her again. Problem solved though. She'll never mess w/ me or anyone ik again. Hopefully this experience will make her think twice before using that excuse w/ anyone again. Or like the time this guy was acting all shocked that he met a guy w/ autism who had a job. I said some of the smartest ppl ik have autism. There's always the generic "I'm sorry you feel that way" or "I'm sorry you felt the need to say that."

Hello! I am very sorry to hear that this is an issue in your life right now.
To help neutralize this situation, do you think maybe really listening to why they are arguing over what they are arguing about? Sometimes it's almost better to stop, take a step back, and analyze what the other person is trying to say. Other times, it's a good idea to just simply walk away and not involve yourself and be the bigger person. I am very sorry again to hear that this is an issue in your life.
@MichaelAudit My suggestion is to kill them with kindness. Often bullies are going through their own problems. By doing this, it will de escalate the situation instead of fueling more conflict
