I don't even have enough words to explain my happiness and gratitude for this service!!!
Been here for a few years now, and started listening in 2017. I came to listen here because this service helped me in 2016 at my lowest of times.
Recently, I've gotten back to a pretty low spot. But I just got out of the hospital again yesterday, and was there for a month. I was able to screw my head on right and get back to a healthy mind set for the next month while I await my intake at a new residential treatment centre. But in the mean time, I will continue volunteering here with this wonderful service.
7 Cups is a reason I am fighting for my life again. A reason to stay alive. Iam still here because of all the lovely peeople here with 7 cups, dedicating their time. I am also here for all the members who are in need of someone. One person may not sound like a lot, but to that one person, someone being there to listen can mean the world to them-- and I want to continue helping people one at a time, day by day as I can-- of course, working with other volunteers and connecting more with people.
