A Somewhat Simple Question.

Hello, i am Belphegor, i wont reveal my real name, however i will ask a question, i know that this website is very sensitive in terms of appropriate content, and i realize that your freedom of speech is limited in this place, what i want to know, and this mostly goes out to Admins, but could there be an extension to your freedom of speech? i've been muted several times now for very minor things i've said and it's quite frankly ridiculous could there be another Room opened up for people who are generally just bored? like a "General Room" or a "Open Room" something like that? you could tag on a little pop-up box with a warning that says that it could be potentially offensive or something? basically i think this would open up a broader audience, basically bolstering it's audience and make it more well known, just a suggestion.
