A friend of mine was banned on here but the person who banned them just didn't want to talk toi them anymore is there anyway that can access the site again?

If your friend has been banned then they need to mail community@7cups.com to find out what may have happened. If it is a technical issue(I have seen many listeners are not able to access their profiles recently) they can mail Support@7cups.com.
