Billing/New Therapist

So I specified I wanted a male therapist... I'm really uncomfortable just *choosing* one, it's weird, but I thought the computer would be smart enough to see i wanted a male (just a bit easier to open up that way)
Now I'm out $150 and I can't even request a new therapist. Thanks for absolutely making everything worse 7cups. So much for helping.

Hi what if you tried to ask to someone of the staff if they might help you somehow

Have you talked to staff here? They probably won't even respond to the concern.

I don't know I would try if they don't answer at least you have tried. But I respect your opinion
