I'm also on an iPhone and find the app quite restricting. The app is great for while your out n about but I find the web site itself is much better with many more options (and seems to use less data than the app) maybe if your using the app you could try the actual web site and see if that helps?

I think you can leave chat feedback on the app, by pressing on the listener's picture in the upper right corner when in a chat, then a little menu comes up!I may be wrong and be confusing this with something else, but I'm about 95% sure that you can leave feedback by doing that!
