Can I Retrieve a Full Conversation from a Chat?
I had such a positive and helpful chat with a listener, that I wanted to reflect on the advice and words he shared with me. But, I noticed that I can only go back so far into the conversation. Is there anyway to retrieve the full conversation that we had?
I would also love to know this

This is a great question! I'm really glad you had a good chat and would like to reflect on it. Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to retrieve a past chat in its entirety, but one option for next time would be to copy and paste it in chunks either into the notes feature on the upper right of your dashboard, or into your own word document. I know that requires some effort and isn't ideal, but it can give you something to look back on still.
Hope that helps!
@Chefie and @lovingPlane6978,
I'm glad you had interesting talks with listeners and would want to retrieve the conversations! Unfortunatly, as @Shanna have mentioned, it is not possible.
We hilight anonymosity and confidentiality at 7Cupsoftea so the conversations will be automatically deleted leaving onlysome of the newer messages.
You will only have the chance to copy and paste them to a word document before they disapear.
Alright, thanks for the help
I wish you could retrieve chats because i'vemade friends on here and I like to keep chats that mean a lot to me.
Hey I think this is relevant, I had to take an unexpected break from listening on 7cups for mental health reasons, and I've come back now but I can't find the conversations I was having before I left. I can't remember the usernames of the folks I was listening to and I want to let them know that I'm back - I don't want them to think I took a break and then never came back!
@enlightenedFireworks92 you should be able to reconnect with members from your "my impact" page under the path tab, although I don't think there's a way to find guests who did not have a member account
@Shanna Great, thanks, I'll try that :)
I have a doubt that in my profile there is a column "Chats",and my chats is over 129 now,Do you think it calculates the total number of conversations, or time or something else?Does anyone know what Chats calculates?
