Can't read my old chat messages
I had this amazing conversation with a listener here and she motivated me a lot to do stuff and also helped me overcome some things . I would really like to read my entire chat with the listener( it's really important ) but i can't scroll back to the begining of the chat. There are only few messages visible. How do I read my entire chat ?
@kindLemon9643 I'm afraid you've lost those messages; 7 Cups only retains the past few messages for privacy reasons. For the future, you can copy messages from the chat window before you close the chat and past them elsewhere (in your notes here, or in another application on your computer).
I'm so sorry you lost the messages; I know sometimes words of support, insights, etc. can be so precious and you want to hold and keep them (I do, anyway). And I know the disappointment and frustration that comes with not being able to do that. I hope you can reconnect and reclaim some of that connection you treasure!
We want to protect your privacy, and the information you share with 7 Cups is completely confidential. To prevent leaks, we delete the messages after some time. This is just in cases someone else has accessed your account ect.
