Is there a way to enter the chatroom without waiting in line for a live session?

Hey Alex. I just found the answer myself, haha! (feeling proud). Look, go to member dashboard where your conversations are on your left. In the box of conversations there are two options on top if you notice: "1 on 1" and "group chat". Select group chat and it will lead you to waiting chatroom. Yeah, I know, you can thank me later.... (boasting)
