Concern - Emotional Wellness Test

Hello, everyone!
I'm pretty new to this website: please forgive me for my prominent incompetences.
I can't seem to, well, click anything interactive on the Emotional Wellness Test: I can't take the test, preview it, see any information on how to take it, etc.: how do I take it, or is there something I have to do before doing so?

@fruityVision It's the reason why I replied to my post to provide an alternative source to view the picture. Did I misunderstand you or something? D:
