Editing posts

Just out of interest, perhaps I'm just overlooking it, but I seem unable to edit posts once posted. Is this a feature not available on purpose, or was it simply never really needed? (or am I just blind and is it available?)
Sorry if this was already posted somewhere, looked around but couldn't find any info on it.

At the moment, only members of the forum team can edit, move, and delete posts. It is probably our most-requested forum feature, and is on the list of forum updates. When it will be possible to perform that update, however, I don't know.
