Okay so in the last 10 minutes 7Cups has sent me about 150+ email that apparently 5 people messaged me. One they didn t, two I don t need to know that 150+ times, thank you very much. Could someone please explain to me why this is happening and how I can stop it?

Myself and another have posted about this issue. I'd unsubscribe from all email notifications and contact 7cups about it. That's all you can do right now. Something bugged up, that's for sure.
