Everytime I try to enter one of the rooms. I always get this error. I already have an account with 7cups, I don't understand. Btw, I am sign in as listener. Can someone please help?

@globalSky68 Let me try to explain. As a listener, you need 10 1-1 on chats with members/guests in order to join the member rooms. Can you enter a listener one? Like Listener Support Room? If not, it may be an issue with the account in itself and you can email community@7cups.com to see if they can help! To sign up as a member, check out this ! I hope this helps :)
