Guest won't open up
Hi,
Today is my first day and the guest I am speaking to feels like talkign wont help? HELP! I'm not sure what to say anymore.
@xoxorachelleit is not uncommon to get guests/members that hard to connect with or that just say very little. It's important to remind yourself that there is only so much you can do and don't be hard on yourself if the member isn't meeting you half way. I actually just saw this but my first conversation went great! The person eventually opened up after asking a lot of open ended questions. I was thinking I was nervous at first that's why I freaked out but I calmed myself down and got to business! :) Thank you for the advice!
I'm so glad things worked out for you. Of course you are nervous, it's your first day with us. Just breathe, smile, relax and most of all just keep on swimming swimming swimming (sorry, but I'll always love that movie, Nemo)!!
