There is a request form for username changes -->here. You may need to wait a little time before your request is answered. If you don't have any success that way you can try emailing community@7cups.com.

In the first two weeks of being a listener, you can change it yourself. Just settings, then go to name and change it and press save settings.

@Laura One of the member on here isn't able to sign up as a Listener. She never gets the confirmation E-mail. Who should I tell her to contact?
