How do I select more than one

You can select the option which most applies, and once you begin chatting to a listener, you can tell them as much information as you would like to, you are in control of your chat, so the content is up to you what you would like to divulge and discuss.

And please don't worry, the listening service here is free of charge. It's only if you would like to speak with a trained professional here, this is where charges apply.

You can give your listener more information about what you'd like to talk about when they arrive, so don't worry too much about selecting all the relevant options with the bot.
