What @888Butterfly888 said it's how it's done.
However, if you follow the Listener they cannot see your progress shared on your feed unless they follow you back. It's a great thing to stay in touch with your Listeners like that, but make sure you highlight this to them.
I always love to receive news from my members in the feed. It is a great thing to hear they are present and keeping track of their own progress.
