Is it possible to contact someone who has deactivated their account on 7cups?

@destinyawakened Contacting someone from Cups offsite from Cups is against the guidelines of the site. And once someone has deactivated their account, they can't access any message you may leave for them, or respond to a tag you leave for them unless they reactivate their account.
