Need technical help. Confirmation emails not working!

I am interested in becoming a listener. I signed up but the links in the emails to confirm my address don't seem to work. When I use the link it still says confirm you email address!

I have issues when I try to respond to someone's post to thread. ??? Also why does the same questions keep coming up when I already answered them?? Please advise assp please !!! Very frustrating 😡😡
