Psychological First Aid

The Canadian Red Cross has put out a Psychological First Aid guide.

This is different than the Listener Psychological FIrst Aid Training Course. The Red Cross one is about being a first responder to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. The one on 7 Cups is about providing mental health help to those involved in a disaster. Knowing people who have taken the actual course before, I was surprised to see the one on 7 Cups wasn't more generalized.

Some of the resources are specific to Canada - such as 211, Kids Help Phone, etc.
